Q: What is Cardmaster?
A: Cardmaster is an online tool allowing you to manage the contacts that you meet at networking events and record follow up actions, as well as providing you and your company another online presence.

Q: What is a QR Code?
A: QR Technology has been used by various different industries for many years. However since the revolution of the smartphone market, QR technology has started being used in various different sectors. QR Code images can be printed, or displayed on your website and then when scanned the QR code can be decoded by that persons smartphone (if the required software is installed) to decode different types of information from the image.

Q: Is there a best practice?
A: Not as such. We would recommend starting the process by adding the event, then recording the company of your contact then add the contact details. But this is only how we'd use it. How you want to use it is up to you in the end.

Q: Are my contacts kept secure from other users?
A: Yes. Only you can view your contacts and the companies you have setup. Are data is kept secure at all times.

Q: What size should should I use for my QR code on my business cards?
A: Too suit most mobile phones, ideally you should put the QR image so that it is approximate 1 inch wide minimum. You can resize the image to anything you want once you download the image.
